【Directions】-For warm relief -Heat in microwave in 15 second intervals. Feel mask to check if desired warmth is achieved. Microwave temperatures vary. but total heating time should not exceed 45 seconds. Do not overheat.

【Caution】Do not microwave for more than 15seconds at a time. Always test the temperature before applying mask. Eyes are very sensitive and excessive heat/cold can be harmful. Close eyes before applying. Do not place heavy objects on top of eye mask. Discard if punctured. Do not use on infants.
